1. Pick out a cap style you like. Click on the picture to see detail pricing information. Our minimum for custom embroidery is 24. All prices include custom embroidery at 1 location on the caps.

2. Pick out the font you want to use for your design. Click here for the standard embroidery fonts we use. There are over 30 fonts to choose from! Pick the color you want to have the text embroidered. There is a $40 type set and digitizing charge. We are working on putting our standard thread color pallet online. For now, call our staff if you need help: 949-650-9888.

3. If you're looking for a design, go to embroidery.com to pick out a design. If your order $250 or more, we offer you up to $15 credit on any designs from embroidery.com, which covers the cost of most of their designs that fit into our size guideline (2" high max. for caps, 3.5" wide for apparel). If you need to add text to your design, there is a $30 editing charge.

4. If you have your own designs, email it to us at art@hatsnshirts.com. The formats we accept include: jpeg, tiff, psd, eps and ai. There is a 1 time setup charge of $80 per design. This covers up to 8,000 stitches which is what most designs would fall within.

5. So, what are all the costs involved?

- Cost of caps which already include embroidery.
- 1 time setup: $80 for custom design. $15 (FREE with order of $250 or more) + $30 text edit fee (if you want to add text to the design) for stock designs from embroidery.com. $40 if you choose a font from our font library.
- Shipping: we charge you whatever UPS charge us. 

Oh, if you're in California, we do need to charge sales tax. 

6. All orders must be guaranteed with a VISA or Master card. We ship via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.

7. It will take 2 days to convert your artwork to an embroidery format and a sample emailed to you. Production generally takes 7~10 working days from the day the sample embroidered artwork is approved.  It takes UPS 2 to 5 days to get the order to you via ground service.
