Is Free Embroidery Included in the Price?
-YES. 1 FREE logo embroidery is included in the unit price on all items. See below for charges on the 2nd logo. Your logo must fit into our general size guideline indicated below. If you need to embroider a size much larger than the normal size, please call customer service to see if it is feasible and what the additional cost, if any, might be. 
-You can use up to 6 colors in the same logo. In general, we can match your colors very closely. If you have a PMS (Pantone Matching System) number of the color, we can match the color almost exactly 80% of the time. If you do not have this number, we will match the colors in the artwork you send us as close as possible.
-Logo embroidery size is at 2" high max. for caps, 3.5" wide for apparel.

What is the Minimum Quantity?
-The min quantity for Flexfit caps is 12 pcs, for regular baseball caps is 24 pcs.
-The min quantity for garment is 6 pcs.

How Much for More Than 1 Logo Embroidery?
-Caps: $3.5 (12 pc or more), $2.50 (48 pc or more) for each additional logo on the cap.
-Apparel: $7.99 (6-11 pc), $5.99 (12-23 pc), $3.75 (24 or more) on the garment.

Do You Do Personalization on Your Garments or Hat Wear?
Sorry we do not personalize our garments or hat wear at this time. 

I Have My Own Design, What Do I Do Now?
If you have an electronic copy of your artwork, email it to us at art@hatsnshirts.com. We prefer files in the following format: EPS, TIFF, PDS and JPEG. Most of the times the people who print your business cards should have your logo or artwork in 1 of these formats. If you don't have your artwork in an electronic format, but have a clean laser print out of the design in colors, send it to us at:

Do You Charge for Setup?
-Yes. 1 time only at $80 per design on custom logos. We specialize in complex artwork with shading and everything else. However, please note the amount of details we can embroider depends on the size of the logo. In general, letters have to be about 1/4" wide to embroider clearly. 
-$40 if you are using our standard fonts only.

I Don't Have a Logo. Can You Help?
-We have a font library for you to choose fonts.
-You can also go to embroidery.com to choose a stock design not exceeding the size limit. We will pay for any designs up to $15 in value if your product total exceeds $250. 

Can I See a Sample of My Embroidery?
-A scan of your logo embroidery will be emailed to you within 48 hours of order & payment confirmation. If you want to see an actual sample of the product you order, please add $20 to the 1st column price of the product. 

Can I Combine Styles/Sizes?
-You can combine styles, colors/sizes to meet our minimum but there is a 6 pc min for each style for apparel.
-Hats require different logo embroidery tooling, and therefore can't be combined with shirts and jackets. But you can mix and match different caps. 12 pc min per style.

How Long Before I Receive My Order?
-After you approve the logo scan (sent within 48 hours), we will ship your order in 7~12 working days via UPS ground unless you want expedited service (call customer service for details). It takes 3~5 days for UPS ground to get to anywhere in the continental US.
